Court Street Place provides permanent housing for 10 formerly homeless men in a homelike, shared apartment setting. Men set goals for eventual independence in the community and receive support from staff members during their stay at the residence, usually six to 24 months.
Services include life skills training, outreach, case management and employment search assistance.
Monthly rent: $400 includes utilities, phone lines, washer/dryer facilities and support services. **Additional eligibility/residence rules: no arson or sex offense charges or convictions, not actively using drugs or alcohol.
