Caring Community Hospice of Cortland provides a bereavement support group for all those who have lost a loved one, regardless of whether or not they were served by hospice. Facilitated by a clinical social worker, the group allows members the chance to join with others who are grieving in a common search for strength, meaning, hope and understanding during this difficult time.
