These include traditional talk therapy, as well as dyadic play therapy, expressive arts, creative story telling, and other practical applications of cognitive and emotion-focused therapies. Regardless of age or life-experience, I focus on helping my clients to understand and express themselves, and to relate effectively in important relationships.
